Digital Product Refund Policy

LifeSnap is a digital downloadable product.

Because digital files can generally be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are normally final once the digital product has been downloaded or made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If You Experience a Problem

We want customers to receive functioning files.

Please contact us if:

• a download link does not work

• a file is missing

• a PDF will not open

• the fillable version does not function as described

• you accidentally receive the wrong file

Please include your name, order information, and a brief description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem or provide replacement files.

Change of Mind

We generally cannot provide refunds for:

• change of mind after downloading the files

• deciding not to use the product

• purchasing a digital product while expecting a physical binder

• printer or device compatibility issues that are not caused by a defective LifeSnap file

The product description clearly identifies LifeSnap as a digital download and no physical binder is shipped.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same LifeSnap product more than once, contact us promptly and we will review the transaction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
