Is this a physical binder?

No. LifeSnap is a digital download. No physical binder or printed product will be mailed. You provide your own paper and binder.

Can I complete LifeSnap by hand?

Yes. LifeSnap is designed primarily to be printed and completed by hand. Print the entire binder or only the pages you need.

Is a fillable version included?

Yes. An optional fillable edition is included for customers who prefer to type, save and print their information.

Do I need special software to use LifeSnap?

The printable files can be opened with your device’s usual PDF viewer. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader application is recommended for the fillable files.

Can I share the files with other households?

No. The files are licensed for personal use by the purchaser, the purchaser’s household and one person receiving unpaid family or caregiving support. They may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

How will I receive my files?

After Etsy confirms payment, the files will be available from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Etsy digital downloads may need to be accessed through a web browser rather than the Etsy app.

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

Because LifeSnap is an instant digital download, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you experience a problem downloading or using the files, contact support@lifesnap.ca so I can help.
